一.Product Introduction
Q111F type PN16~PN63 internal thread ball valve is suitable for various pipelines withN1.0~4.0MPa and operating temperature of -29~180℃ (the sealing ring is reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene) or -29~300℃ (the sealing ring is para-polyphenylene). It is used to cut off or connect the media in the pipeline. Different materials are selected, which can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid and other media respectively.
二.Product Features
- No friction during opening and closing. This function completely solves the problem that the mutual friction between the sealing surfaces of traditional valves affects the sealing performance.
- Top – entry structure. Valves can be directly repaired online, which can effectively reduce equipment downtime and lower costs.
- Single – seat design. It eliminates the problem that impurities in the pipeline cause the valve seat to be pressed and affect the use.
- Low – torque design. The valve stem with a special structural design only needs to be equipped with a small handle to easily open and close the valve.
- Wedge – shaped sealing structure. The valve relies on the mechanical force provided by the valve stem to press the ball onto the valve seat for sealing, so that the sealing performance of the valve is not affected by changes in pipeline pressure difference, and reliable sealing can be ensured under various working conditions.
- Self – cleaning performance of the sealing surface. When the ball leaves the valve seat, the fluid in the pipeline passes through the ball sealing surface at an angle of 360° evenly, which not only eliminates the local scouring of the high – speed fluid on the valve seat, but also washes away the accumulated materials on the sealing surface to achieve the purpose of self – cleaning.
