一．Product Introduction
Flat gate valve widely used in oil, natural gas long-distance pipelines and gas fields Valves used in forging or casting body, the gate designed with diversion holes, non-diversion holes; single discard double disc structure; Seat used bi-direction seal seat which mainly based on the metal seat sealing and assisted with soft seat sealing as the second type of seal. The series of parallel type gate valves has a rational design, compact structure, sulfur resistance, corrosion resistance, wear-resistant, reliable sealing, and light torque of switches, easy-to-use.

二.Product Features
1.Block and Bleed Capability: When closed, the valve forms a tight seal on both seats, enabling valve body drainage (consult the factory for specific applications).

2.Tight Mechanical Seal: Both upstream and downstream are blocked simultaneously. The seal (TFE-to-metal and metal-to-metal) remains unaffected by pressure gradient fluctuations or vibrational reflux.

3.Smooth, Continuous Conduit: Turbulence is virtually eliminated. The pressure gradient through the valve matches that of an equal-length pipe.

4.Seat Face Protection: Seats face outward to avoid contact with the flow medium and fully engage with the gate, extending seat life in both fully open and closed positions.

5.Gate Centralizer: For valves 6 inches and larger, a lever-lock gate centralizer keeps the gate-segment assembly neutral during opening/closing. Expansion for seating in open/closed positions is allowed

6.Actuation: Comes with handwheel or bevel gear operators. Can be adapted to various power operators (installable on-site or at the factory).

7.Thermal Relief Options: The split-gate design may cause excess body pressure in closed valves (due to heating in liquid service). A thermal body cavity relief system is available upon request.
