The Tank Bottom Side-Mounted Sampling Valve with Purge Valve adopts an all-fluorine-lined design, suitable for sampling under corrosive working conditions and solving the problem of high cost of special materials. It mainly consists of a fluorine-lined valve body, fluorine-lined valve core, fluorine-lined valve stem, valve seat, pneumatic actuator, and sampling bottle. The sampling bottle is detachable—after the sample enters the bottle, it can be sealed to avoid contamination. The flow channel is designed with no flow resistance, which does not affect the flow rate. The valve stem is rotated by a handle, electric actuator, or pneumatic actuator to drive the valve stem and valve core, allowing the sample to enter the valve core. Rotating the valve core 180° enables the sample to flow into the sampling bottle; during sample discharge, the valve core closes the sampling port to achieve zero leakage and pressure-free sampling. This design prevents pressure impact on the sampling bottle caused by valve switching, ensuring operator safety.
