Insulated Manual Sampling Valve

The Stainless Steel Vacuum Sampling Valve is designed for on-line sampling in vacuum pipelines. An external vacuum source is connected to the sampling bottle during sampling, and samples are extracted from the pipeline via negative pressure. It mainly consists of a valve body, valve core, valve stem, valve seat, jacketed insulation shell, and vacuum sampling bottle. The vacuum sampling bottle is detachable—after the sample enters, the matching bottle cap seals it to avoid contamination. The valve’s flow channel is designed with no retention or flow resistance, ensuring no impact on the pipeline flow rate. Rotating the handwheel drives the valve stem and core, which moves up and down to precisely control flow and sampling volume, guiding the sample into the bottle. Transparent and light-proof sampling bottles are available, and the valve is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.
