一．Product Introduction

The plunger sampling valve consists of valve body, bracket, handwheel, valve stem, plunger and other components. The compact valve body is generally designed at a 45-degree angle, with the valve body and bonnet cast. The valve body and bonnet are connected by studs and bonnet compression nuts. The valve has an external thread inlet and an internal thread outlet. The inner cavity of the valve inlet is equipped with an upper seal ring, a lower seal ring and an isolation ring, and the upper seal ring also serves as a sealing packing. The plunger and valve stem are connected by a T-shaped groove, with the valve stem hung in the T-shaped groove of the plunger. The valve stem nut is screwed on the bonnet and fixed with a pin. The valve stem is equipped with an opening and closing indicator to clearly show the working state of the plunger valve.
