The Anti-gas Filter (SXQ) is a dedicated auxiliary equipment for liquid flowmeters. Its core function is to solve the problem of measurement inaccuracy caused by gas mixing in the measured liquid during the operation of volume flowmeters. When a volume flowmeter is used to measure liquid flow, if the liquid contains mixed gas, the flowmeter will measure both the liquid and the mixed gas simultaneously. Even if the flowmeter itself has high precision, its measurement results will deviate significantly from the actual liquid flow, thus losing the practical significance of accurate measurement.
To ensure the normal operation of the flowmeter and the reliability of flow measurement data, it is essential to remove the gas from the measured liquid before it enters the flowmeter. The Anti-gas Filter (SXQ) can effectively separate and discharge the gas contained in the liquid. At the same time, it can capture impurity particles in the measured liquid, preventing gas interference and particle wear from affecting the flowmeter.
