The High Pressure Filter (GL61W) is a high-performance filtration equipment specially designed for high-pressure working environments. It is mainly used to filter impurity particles in various high-pressure media (such as steam, oil, phosphate, etc.), ensuring the cleanliness of the medium and protecting downstream key equipment (such as valves, pumps, meters, etc.) from wear, clogging or damage caused by impurities. This filter is widely used in petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy and other industries that involve high-pressure medium transmission and processing, and is an important part of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the entire production system.
The manufacture, inspection and structural design of the GL61W High Pressure Filter strictly follow international and industry authoritative standards. Specifically, its valve manufacturing, inspection and pressure-temperature reference comply with the requirements of ANSI816.34; valve inspection and testing are carried out in accordance with the specifications of API598; and the structural length of the valve part is designed in accordance with ANSI816.11. At the same time, after the processing of all parts of the filter is completed, strict deburring treatment is carried out to ensure the precision of the parts and the safety of the medium transmission, laying a solid foundation for the stable and reliable operation of the filter under high-pressure conditions.

Excellent high-pressure resistance: It covers multiple pressure levels (such as 600LB, 700LB, 800LB, 900LB, etc.), and the corresponding flange pressure range is 4.0-25.0MPa. It can stably operate under high-pressure working conditions, with high strength and pressure-bearing capacity.

Wide medium adaptability: Suitable for various media such as steam, oil, and phosphate, and can meet the filtration needs of different industrial scenarios. The maximum working temperature can reach 150℃, which can adapt to the temperature characteristics of most high-pressure media.

Diversified and high-quality material options: The shell is available in WCB, CF8, WC6, C5, CF3M and other materials, and the filter element is made of high-quality 304, 316L stainless steel. These materials have excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and wear resistance, which can extend the service life of the filter.

Flexible connection and sealing methods: It supports multiple connection methods such as flange, butt welding, thread, and socket welding, which can be flexibly matched with different pipeline systems. The flange sealing surface has multiple options such as RF, MFM, RJ, and TG, and the gasket can be selected from metal ring, metal winding, and gear combination types, ensuring good sealing performance and avoiding medium leakage under high pressure.

3.3 Key Manufacturing & Inspection Standards

The manufacture and inspection of the filter (including valve parts) and the pressure-temperature reference shall comply with the requirements of ANSI816.34.

The inspection and testing of the valve parts of the filter shall be carried out in accordance with the specifications of API598.

The structural length of the valve parts of the filter shall be designed and manufactured in accordance with the provisions of ANSI816.11.
