Ⅰ.Product Introduction
The Pipeline T-strainer (ST) is a crucial precision filtration device widely applied in various industrial pipeline systems. Its core function is to effectively intercept and remove solid impurities such as particles, sediments, and debris in the medium (including liquids, gases, and steam) passing through the pipeline. By doing so, it can prevent these impurities from entering key equipment such as pumps, valves, meters, and heat exchangers, thereby avoiding equipment wear, clogging, or even failure. This not only extends the service life of the entire pipeline system and related equipment but also ensures the stability and efficiency of the production process.
With a compact T-shaped structural design, the product can be seamlessly integrated into different types of pipelines without occupying excessive installation space. It is suitable for a wide range of industries, including petroleum, chemical, water treatment, power generation, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and metallurgy. Whether it is for handling corrosive media, high-temperature and high-pressure media, or ordinary industrial fluids, the Pipeline T-strainer (ST) can meet the filtration needs through reasonable material selection and structural optimization.
Ⅱ.Product Features
-
Superior Filtration Performance: Equipped with high-quality filter elements made of stainless steel, PP, PTFE, nylon, and other materials, the strainer achieves a wide filtration accuracy range from 0 items to 500 items. It can accurately capture impurities of different particle sizes according to actual working conditions, ensuring the cleanliness of the medium.
-
Diverse Connection Modes: The product supports multiple connection modes such as flange, butt welding, and screw thread. This diverse design allows it to be flexibly matched with various pipeline connection standards, greatly enhancing its adaptability in different installation scenarios.
-
Rich Material Options: The shell is available in carbon steel (with PO lining, F46 lining) and other materials. The lining materials can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the shell, making the strainer suitable for corrosive media environments. Meanwhile, the flange sealing surface provides multiple options including FF, RF, MFM, RJ, and TG, which can be selected according to pressure, medium characteristics, and sealing requirements to ensure reliable sealing performance and avoid medium leakage.
-
Wide Pressure and Diameter Range: It covers a nominal diameter range of DN50-DN600 (detailed parameters refer to the parameter table) and a flange pressure range of 0.25-16MPa, 150-600LB. This wide range of specifications enables the product to meet the use requirements of different pipeline calibers and pressure levels, with strong versatility.
-
Convenient Maintenance: The T-shaped structure design facilitates the disassembly and cleaning of the filter element. During daily maintenance, operators can quickly complete the replacement or cleaning of the filter element without complex tools, reducing maintenance time and labor costs and ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the pipeline system.
-
Stable and Durable Structure: The product adopts a scientific structural design and high-quality raw materials. After strict processing and testing, it has excellent mechanical strength and stability. It can operate stably for a long time in harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and vibration, with a long service life.
