Ⅰ. Product Introduction
The Straight Through Flat Bottom Blue Filter is a high-performance basket filter designed for efficient impurity removal in various fluid transmission systems. Adopting a straight-through flow structure and a flat bottom design, this filter not only ensures smooth fluid flow with minimal pressure loss but also facilitates centralized collection and discharge of impurities, making maintenance more convenient. It is mainly composed of inlet and outlet nozzles and flanges, a shell, a filter basket, a shell flange cover, and fasteners.
The working principle of the filter is simple and reliable: when the fluid (such as water, steam, oil, etc.) enters the shell through the inlet, it first passes through the filter basket. The solid impurity particles in the fluid are effectively blocked in the filter basket, and the clean fluid flows out through the filter basket and the outlet, thus realizing the purification of the fluid. When the filter needs to be cleaned after long-term use, you only need to open the bottom sewage outlet to drain the remaining fluid in the shell, then remove the shell flange cover, take out the filter basket for cleaning or replacement, and finally reinstall it to complete the maintenance.
This filter is widely applicable to multiple media such as water, steam, and oil, and the general operating temperature range is -40℃ to 300℃ (Note: The specific operating conditions shall be subject to the filter’s design conditions). In addition, to meet the personalized needs of different users in various application scenarios, we provide customized design services, which can be tailored according to the actual operating conditions provided by customers.

Efficient Filtration & Stable Performance: Equipped with high-quality filter materials (mainly stainless steel), the filter has a filtration accuracy ranging from 10 mesh to 500 mesh, which can accurately capture impurity particles of different sizes and ensure the purity of the filtered fluid. The straight-through flow channel design minimizes fluid resistance, avoids excessive pressure loss, and ensures the stable operation of the entire fluid system.

Convenient Maintenance & Time-Saving: The unique flat bottom design makes the impurities in the filter concentrate at the bottom of the shell, and the bottom sewage outlet allows for quick drainage of impurities and residual fluid, reducing the trouble of disassembly during cleaning. The flange cover connection method with fasteners enables quick opening and closing, greatly shortening the maintenance time and improving work efficiency.

Wide Application Range & Strong Adaptability: It supports multiple connection methods such as flange, butt welding, thread, clamp, and socket welding, which can be flexibly matched with different pipeline systems. The shell is available in carbon steel, stainless steel, and other materials, and the sealing surface of the flange has multiple types such as FF, RF, M, FM, RJ, T, and G. The sealing material can be selected from PTFE, metal winding, nitrile rubber, etc., which can adapt to different media properties and operating pressure environments (flange pressure range: 0.25-16MPa, equivalent to 150LB-2500LB).
