The pneumatic powder-gas quantitative sampling valve and inline powder sampler are used for online sampling in pipelines, ensuring the authenticity of the sampled medium. It is mainly composed of a valve body, valve core, valve stem, valve seat, high-temperature packing, exhaust port and sampling bottle. The sampling bottle adopts a detachable design; after the sample enters the sampling bottle, the matching bottle cap can seal the sampling bottle to avoid sample contamination. The flow channel of the sampling valve is designed without retention and flow resistance, which will not affect the flow rate. The valve stem drives the valve stem and valve core through the rotation of the handwheel, and the valve core is lifted up and down to precisely control the flow rate and sampling volume, allowing the sample to enter the sampling bottle. Two types of sampling bottles are available: transparent and light-proof. This sampling valve is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.
