With the rapid development of fluid automatic control, laboratory analysis, new energy and chemical sampling industries, the demand for automatic shut-off valves for high-pressure instrument pipelines continues to grow.
Pneumatic ferrule needle valve, 316L stainless steel air actuated needle valve is widely used for its compact structure and excellent sealing performance.
This high-pressure instrument line pneumatic globe needle valve consists of a linear pneumatic actuator and forged stainless steel needle valve body. It adopts double ferrule connection, no welding required, easy for field installation and maintenance.
The valve body is forged from 316L stainless steel with good resistance to weak acid and alkali corrosion. Equipped with standard PTFE sealing, the working temperature ranges from -20℃ to 180℃, maximum working pressure up to 6000PSI, realizing remote automatic on-off control for high-pressure gas and liquid pipelines.
Both Normally Closed and Normally Open actuator types are optional. Driven by clean compressed air, the valve can be remotely controlled by matching solenoid valves. It is commonly used for gas analyzers, instrument sampling systems, new energy test equipment, laboratory gas circuits and power plant automatic pipelines.
