The SG-I High-Low Basket Filter is a high-performance precision filtration equipment designed for the purification treatment of various media. It integrates stable filtering performance and convenient maintenance, and is widely used in industrial production, water treatment, petroleum, chemical and other fields. The filter is mainly composed of inlet and outlet structures and flanges, cylinder body, filter basket, cylinder flange, cylinder flange cover and fasteners. Its working principle is scientific and simple: when the liquid enters the cylinder through the inlet, the solid impurity particles in the medium are effectively intercepted in the filter chamber by the filter basket during the flow process; the filtered clean fluid flows out smoothly through the outlet, so as to realize the separation of impurities and the medium, and ensure the cleanliness of the subsequent system or equipment.
When the filter needs to be cleaned after long-term use, the operation process is convenient and efficient: first, open the sewage outlet at the bottom to drain the remaining fluid in the cylinder; then remove the cylinder flange cover, take out the filter basket, clean the intercepted impurities, and then reinstall the filter basket and flange cover to complete the maintenance. The filter is suitable for a variety of media such as water, steam, and oil products, and the general operating temperature range is -40℃ to 300℃. Note: The specific service conditions shall be subject to the filter design parameters. In addition, in order to meet the diverse needs of different application scenarios, our factory can carry out customized design for the filter according to the actual use requirements provided by customers.

Excellent Filtration Performance: The filter adopts high-quality filter materials such as stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The filtration accuracy can be adjusted in the range of 10-500 mesh, which can accurately intercept impurity particles of different sizes and ensure the high cleanliness of the filtered medium.

Convenient Maintenance: The structural design is humanized. When cleaning is needed, it is only necessary to drain the fluid through the bottom sewage outlet and remove the cylinder flange cover to take out the filter basket for cleaning. The whole process is simple and fast, which effectively shortens the maintenance time and reduces the maintenance cost.

Stable and Reliable Operation: The key components such as the cylinder body and flange are made of high-quality materials, and the flange pressure grade covers 0.25-16MPa (150LB-2500LB), which has strong pressure-bearing capacity and stable structural performance.
