一．Product Introduction
DKZ940H, DKZ940Y, DKZ960Y Type PN16~PN63 Vacuum Gate Valve: Electrically actuated, with flange connection (DKZ960Y adopts butt-welded connection), featuring rising stem, wedge-type flexible gate plate. The valve seat sealing surface material is stainless steel or cemented carbide, with nominal pressure of PN16~PN63. The valve body material is carbon steel (for DKZ940H-16C~63, DKZ960Y-16C~63) and Cr5Mo (for DKZ940Y-16I~63I).
二.Product Features
- The flange is connected with flange bolts, and both ends of the branch pipe are flange-connected or butt-welded
- Adopts parallel double sealing pairs for bidirectional sealing, featuring simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable sealing, excellent performance and long service life.
- The relative movement of the sealing pairs results in small friction and easy opening and closing.
- A vacuum-sealed structured packing chamber is designed to reliably isolate the vacuum.
- The valve stem is quenched and tempered with surface nitriding treatment, having good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and wear resistance.
- The flange gasket is made of composite material with large expansion coefficient and good airtight performance, ensuring reliable isolation between the system and the atmosphere.
