The plunger valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, valve stem, plunger, orifice frame, sealing ring, handwheel and other parts (as shown in the figure). When the handwheel rotates, it drives the plunger to reciprocate up and down in the middle of the orifice frame through the valve stem to complete the opening and closing functions of the valve. In the valve, an interference fit is adopted between the plunger and the sealing ring. By adjusting the flange bolts in the gland, the lateral force generated by the compression of the sealing ring seals with the hole surface in the valve body and the outer circle of the plunger, thus ensuring the tightness of the valve, eliminating internal and external leakage, and at the same time, the valve has small opening torque, which can realize rapid opening and closing of the valve.
Since the surface of the plunger is processed by a high-precision cylindrical grinder, and the sealing ring is made of a new type of non-toxic sealing material with strong elasticity and high wear resistance, the sealing is reliable and durable, thereby improving the service life of the plunger valve. The material can be 304 or 316L, and its performance and appearance are completely comparable to foreign products.
The caliber of this plunger type sampling valve ranges from DN15 to DN40. The double-seal plunger type sampling valve is produced according to foreign samples, and is especially suitable as a special valve for sampling and inspection of reaction kettles under easy crystallization working conditions. It is a common inspection valve used in chemical production, and is specially designed for taking a certain amount of materials in production to inspect whether they meet the requirements. This product is manufactured by silica sol precision casting, and the materials can be 304, 316, 316Ti, 316L, 904L, Monel-400, Hastelloy.
