3.1 Product Use
This product is suitable for water supply companies and other enterprises with various types of pools. It is installed outside the pool to remove sediment accumulated in the pool, so as to maintain the water quality of the pool and the normal operation of subsequent water treatment equipment. It is widely used in water purification plants, sewage treatment plants, reservoirs, water storage tanks and other occasions.
3.2 Working Principle
The valve is composed of valve body, hydraulic cylinder, piston, valve stem and valve flap, among which the hydraulic cylinder is a fluid-driven component. It takes fluid (gas or water) as the power source, and drives the piston and valve stem to move through the pressure of the fluid, so as to realize the opening and closing of the valve flap (valve plate).
The opening time of the valve plate is only 20 seconds, which can quickly complete the sediment discharge operation. It should be noted that this valve must be equipped with a manual reversing valve to realize remote control of the switch of the sludge discharge valve. The whole working process is stable and reliable, with the characteristics of fast response and stable operation.
