  1. Integral Valve Body Structure: Both wafer-type and flanged V-notch ball valves adopt an integral side-mounted structure, which has high structural rigidity, making them less prone to deformation and external leakage.
  2. Upper and Lower Self-lubricating Bearings: The valve body is equipped with upper and lower self-lubricating bearings, which have a large contact area with the valve stem, high load-bearing capacity, and a small friction coefficient, reducing the torque of the valve.
  3. Optional Valve Seat Types: The seat can be selected as metal hard seal or PTFE soft seal according to the medium and working conditions. The sealing surface of the metal hard seal seat is surfacing with hard alloy, and the spherical surface is hardened by hard chrome plating, spray welding, ion nitriding, etc., enhancing the service life of the sealing surface and improving the temperature resistance. The soft seal PTFE seat or reinforced PTFE seat has good sealing performance, corrosion resistance, and a wide application range.
  4. Economic Practicality: The valve body is lightweight, the valve stem torque is small, and the corresponding specifications of the matched pneumatic or electric actuators are small. Compared with other types of control valves, it has a high cost performance.
  5. Wide Medium Adaptability: Due to the shearing force between the V-notch and the seat, and the smooth and round flow channel in the valve cavity, the medium is not easy to accumulate in the cavity. Therefore, it is not only suitable for liquid media but also more suitable for the system control of media with fibers and solid particles.
  6. Precise Control for Small Flow Rates: Through the processing of special V-notch on small-diameter valve cores, precise control with small Cv values can be achieved.
