一．Product Introduction
Q41F type PN16~PN63 floating soft-sealed ball valve is used on various pipelines of Class150~Class1500, PN16~PN63, JIS10K~JIS20K. It is used to cut off or connect the media in the pipeline. Different materials are selected, which can be applied to water, steam, oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea and other media.
二.Product Features
1.The plate spring loaded sealing structure used in the valve seat can be used in a higher temperature and media with granulars.
2.The ball can be designed as an anti-static structure. Conductive spring is arranged between the ball and stem to avoid igniting the flammable material static spark for static sparking, and to ensure systems security.
3.Ball valve seat can be arranged auxiliary seal structure. Adding grease valve in the place of the valve seat and the stem can be temporarily sealed for emergency situations , and the stemcan be extended to be for beuried and laying places according to needs
