Check valves are generally classified into four types: lift type, swing type, butterfly type and horizontal type. Among them, lift check valves should be installed on horizontal pipelines; vertical lift check valves and bottom valves are usually installed on vertical pipelines, and the medium flows from bottom to top; swing check valves have no restrictions on installation position, and are usually installed on horizontal pipelines, but can also be installed on vertical or inclined pipelines.

Note: The check valve only allows the medium to flow in one direction. Special attention should be paid to the flow direction of the medium during installation. The normal flow direction of the medium must be consistent with the arrow direction marked on the valve body, otherwise the normal flow of the medium will be cut off.
