I. Structure and Components
The main sampling assembly consists of the valve body, sampling sleeve, screw rod, handwheel, sampling control valve, and sampling bottle assembly.
The sampling pipeline incorporates an internal protective structure to prevent particles from entering the sealing area and to extend the service life of the sealing components.
The sampling port is connected to the sampling bottle or collection container.
During push-pull operation, the sampling sleeve moves into the U-shaped groove. Once the designated position is reached, the sampling sleeve closes the sampling valve.
The valve can be operated manually or pneumatically.
The sealing structure ensures reliable internal sealing of the equipment and prevents leakage. O-rings or other sealing components may be used.
II. Operating Principle
Sampling Operation
Before starting the sampling process, ensure that all components are properly installed.
The operator activates the drive system using the control button or operates the handwheel manually to start the sampling process. The sampling valve opens, allowing particles to enter the U-shaped groove.
After the required amount of particles has entered, the drive system withdraws the particles from the U-shaped sampling chamber. The sample is then discharged through the sampling port into the sampling bottle or another collection container.
III. Closing the Sampling Valve
The operator closes the sampling valve using the control button or handwheel.
As particles enter the sampling passage, when pressure-retaining operation is required, the first control valve is opened to allow the sample to enter the specified volume. The first control valve is then closed, and the second control valve is opened, allowing the particles to enter the sampling bottle and complete the sampling process.
