The ZPG-I straight-through automatic sewage filter is a high-performance filtration equipment designed to solve the defects of traditional filter products. It effectively overcomes the shortcomings of traditional filters such as low pollution capacity, easy clogging by dirt, the need to disassemble the filter part for cleaning, and the inability to monitor the filter status. This filter integrates raw water filtration and automatic filter cleaning and sewage discharge functions, and the cleaning system can realize uninterrupted water supply during the cleaning process, ensuring the continuity of the water supply system. At the same time, it is equipped with a complete working status monitoring system, which has a high degree of automation and can greatly reduce manual operation and maintenance costs.
The ZPG-I straight-through automatic sewage filter has strong installation flexibility and can be installed in any direction such as horizontal, vertical, or inverted (note: ZPG-I should be installed horizontally or vertically; when installed vertically, the water flow direction should be top-down). It has a wide range of applications and is suitable for water filtration in various industries including industry, agriculture, municipal engineering, power, electronics, medicine, food, printing and dyeing, iron and steel, metallurgy, and papermaking. Strong Pollution Capacity & Anti-clogging Performance: The filter adopts high-quality stainless steel filter material, which has a reasonable structure and large dirt-holding capacity. Ⅲ.Technical Data Summary
1. Operational Principle
During the normal filtration operation of the ZPG-I straight-through automatic sewage filter, the diversion butterfly plate is in the open state. At this time, the raw water enters the filter from the water inlet, and particulate impurities in the water are filtered out through the stainless steel filter screen, and the filtered clean water flows out from the water outlet to supply water to the subsequent system. In the continuous filtration process, the impurities in the water will gradually accumulate on the inner surface of the filter screen, forming a filter impurity layer. As the impurity layer continues to thicken, the resistance of water flow increases, resulting in a pressure difference between the inner and outer sides of the filter screen.
When the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter screen reaches the preset value (set according to actual working conditions), the filter automatically starts the cleaning process, and the water supply of the system remains uninterrupted during the whole process. The cleaning process is as follows: first, close the diversion butterfly plate in the middle of the filter to isolate the main water flow; then open the sewage discharge valve to start sewage discharge, and the impurities accumulated on the filter screen are washed away by the water flow and discharged through the sewage outlet; after the sewage discharge is completed, first close the sewage discharge valve, then open the backflow butterfly plate to realize backflushing of the filter screen, further cleaning the residual impurities on the filter screen; finally, reset the backflow butterfly plate and diversion butterfly plate to complete the entire cleaning process, and the filter returns to normal filtration operation.
Note: The ZPG-I automatic backwash sewage filter should be installed horizontally or vertically. When installed vertically, the water flow direction must be top-down. During installation, attention should be paid to aligning the arrow on the filter shell with the water flow direction. During normal operation, the butterfly valve should be in the open state; when draining or sewage discharge is required, close the butterfly valve first, then open the drain valve until the water quality meets the requirements.
