一．Product Introduction

O-rings made of Viton Piggable, free of dead space and therefore representative, fresh sampling. Sampling volume per180° circuit: approx. 50 ml Leak-proof and vacuum-compatible due to pressure lock construction. TA-Luft certificate according to VDI 2440 Overall length according to EN 558-1 FTF 28 at DN50 L=230mm, from DN80 FTF 27 L=180mm. With screw-in adapter PTFE-antistatic with vent ¼” for glass bottle GL 45.

二．Product Features

1. The sampling valve can be installed on the main pipeline, with a flow channel designed for no flow resistance that does not affect the flow rate of the main pipeline.
2. The valve cover adopts a double-sealing design to prevent medium leakage.
3. The valve stem features a double-sealing structure, using O-ring and packing for dual sealing to avoid medium leakage.
4. The sampling outlet is equipped with a conical seal, enabling precise flow adjustment to achieve the required sampling volume.
5. It has a light torque and can be operated with one hand, improving sampling safety.
6. The valve body is integrally precision-cast and subjected to solution treatment to prevent intergranular corrosion.
