Ⅱ.Product Features

1. This valve is a new type of throttling, shut-off, and venting product. The valve adopts cage-shaped fan-shaped throttling, which has the characteristics of multi-stage throttling effect, obvious throttling effect, reliable sealing, and easy operation and maintenance.
2. The valve adopts double sealing (hard and soft sealing) to make the sealing reliable, the cemented carbide cover can be more resistant to air erosion and wear resistance, and the double sealing can achieve zero leakage under the conditions of high-pressure gaseous media.Long service life of the valve
3. The sealing surface of the valve seat is sealed with a taper, which is conducive to the valve itself to clean the dirt attached to the sealing surface.
4. A balance hole is provided on the disc of the valve, and the piston type is sealed to ensure stable operation under full differential pressure conditions of opening/closing, light and flexible opening, and small opening and closing torque.
5. The throttling shut-off venting valve and the double-acting throttle valve have both throttling and shut-off (the seal is zero leakage). The throttling part is separated from the sealing surface to reduce the erosion of the seal by the air flow.
6. The double-acting throttling shut-off valve also has a multi-stage throttling function, and the throttling pressure difference is large, which can be applied to throttling and shut-off under high pressure.
7. The packing adopts a V-shaped packing structure with self-sealing ability, which does not need to be adjusted, and it is extremely light to open and close.The packing letter is provided with an auxiliary sealing grease injection structure to make the valve packing sealing performance reliable
