一．Product Introduction
Z11H, Z11Y type PN25~PN160 steel internal threaded wedge gate valve: manual, internal threaded connection, open rod wedge single gate plate, Z11H seat sealing surface material is Cr13 series stainless steel, Z11Y seat sealing surface material is cemented carbide, nominal pressure PN25~PN160, valve body material is carbon steel (Z11H-25~63 Z11Y-25~160), forging steel (Z11H-100~160), chromium molybdenum steel (Z11Y-25I~63I~63I), chromium-titanium-titanium stainless steel (Z11Y-25P~160P~160P).
二.Product Features
1.Precision casting valve body, smooth appearance, no sand hole.
2.CNC lathe processing of internal parts, 2 shot blasting after
appearance processing
3.13%Cr SS seat, good wear resistance.
4.Inverted seal treatment of contact surface between bonnet and
stem to avoid leakage.
5.Stem is processed by cyclone milling to avoid opening/closing
stem difficulty.
