一．Product Introduction
It is a bellows gate valve with manual drive, flanged connection, and outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) wedge-type flexible gate structure. The sealing surface material of the valve seat is stainless steel, the nominal pressure is PN40, and the valve body material is carbon steel. The valve stem of the bellows gate valve adopts a double-sealing structure of bellows and packing, which ensures leak-free sealing at the valve stem. It is applied in power stations, natural gas, ammonia, vacuum, refrigeration systems, hot oil, and hot water systems, and is especially suitable for pipelines conveying flammable, explosive, toxic, and precious media.

- The product has a reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful appearance.
- The sealing surface is surfacing with Co – based hard alloy, which is wear – resistant, corrosion – resistant, has good anti – friction performance and a long service life.
- The valve stem end and surface are nitrided, with good anti – corrosion and anti – friction performance.
- Double sealing makes the performance more reliable.
- The lifting position indication of the valve stem is more intuitive.
- The material and method of parts, as well as the size of butt welding, can be reasonably selected and matched according to the actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.
