二.Product Features

  1. Middle flange bolt connection is adopted, and the two ends of the branch pipe are flange connection or butt welding connection.
  2. The opening and closing parts adopt a semi-sealed pair for forced sealing, which has excellent performance.
  3. The sealing pair material is wear-resistant ceramic or wear-resistant alloy, which has strong wear resistance, is durable against erosion and scratches, has low friction, and ensures reliable sealing.
  4. The flow channel structure at the valve body outlet is reasonable, with no slag accumulation, flexible opening and closing, and no jamming.
  5. The valve stem has undergone quenching and tempering as well as surface nitriding treatment, which endowing it with excellent corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and wear resistance.
  6. Rolling bearings are set for medium and large diameters, making opening and closing easy.
