一．Product Introduction
The Z47WF gas gate valve (a special non-leakage gas flat gate valve) is exclusively used for natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, oil products, etc. With its unique design, novel structure and excellent sealing performance, it completely solves the problems of poor closing and difficulty in opening caused by gas coking in the valve, effectively improving the sealing performance and service life, and truly achieving zero leakage.
二.Product Features
1. The valve body adopts a casting structure.

2. The valve seat adopts an O – ring seal and a floating valve seat structure with pre – tightening force, enabling bidirectional sealing at the inlet and outlet of the valve; moreover, the opening and closing force of this structure is only 1/2 of that of ordinary valves, allowing for easy opening and closing of the valve.
3. The valve seat adopts PTFE inlaid on the sealing surface, with double seals of PTFE to metal and metal to metal. The PTFE sealing surface also has the function of cleaning impurities on the gate plate.
4. The gate plate of the valve always fits with the sealing surface whether it is fully open or fully closed, so that the sealing surface is protected from direct scouring by the medium, thereby prolonging the service life.
5. When the valve is fully open, the channel is smooth and straight, the flow resistance coefficient is extremely small, there is no pressure loss, and pipeline cleaning by pigging is possible.
6. When the valve is closed, it can automatically unload the high pressure in the inner cavity (see the working principle for details) to ensure safe use.
7. A sealed bevel gear transmission opening and closing indicator mechanism is adopted, which can reflect the opening and closing status of the valve clearly for a long time.
8. The outer surface of the direct – buried valve is treated with epoxy coal tar pitch for anti – corrosion, and it can have the same service life as the pipeline
