一．Product Introduction

The 1-5ML small-capacity online sampling valve can be equipped with an insulation jacket on its shell. The jacket can be connected to steam or heat transfer oil for heat preservation of the sampling valve, mainly used for sampling easy-to-crystallize media. The GHBZSSQYF-16 online sampling valve with insulation jacket mainly consists of a valve body, valve core, valve stem, valve seat, jacket insulation shell, and sampling bottle. The sampling bottle is of detachable design—after the sample enters the bottle, the matching bottle cap can seal it to avoid sample contamination. The valve features a flow channel with no retention and no flow resistance design, which does not affect the flow rate. The valve stem is rotated by the handwheel to drive the valve stem and valve core, and the vertical lifting of the valve core allows precise flow control and accurate sampling volume adjustment, enabling the sample to enter the sampling bottle. The sampling bottle is available in two types: transparent and light-proof. This sampling valve is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.

1. The sampling valve can be installed on the main pipeline. Its flow channel with no flow resistance design does not affect the flow rate of the main pipeline.
2. The valve cover adopts a double-sealing design to prevent medium leakage.
3. The valve stem is equipped with a double-sealing structure, using O-ring and packing for dual sealing to avoid medium leakage.
4. The sampling outlet features a conical seal, enabling precise flow adjustment and meeting the required sampling volume.
5. It has a light torque and can be operated with one hand, improving sampling safety.
6. The valve body is integrally precision-cast and subjected to solution treatment to prevent intergranular corrosion.
