I. Product Introduction
The Pneumatic Flange Type Three Eccentric Butterfly Valve is a high-end industrial control valve integrating advanced three-eccentric structural design, flange connection mode and pneumatic actuation system. It takes compressed air as the power source to drive the butterfly plate to rotate 0-90 degrees through the pneumatic actuator, so as to realize the accurate control of fluid on-off and throttling in the pipeline. The “three-eccentric” design (eccentricity of valve shaft relative to valve seat center, eccentricity of butterfly plate cone vertex relative to valve shaft, and eccentricity of cone surface of butterfly plate sealing surface) fundamentally solves the problem of friction between the butterfly plate and the valve seat during the opening and closing process of traditional butterfly valves, and matches the flange connection to ensure the stability and sealing reliability of the valve in high-pressure, high-temperature and harsh working conditions.
This valve is widely used in petrochemical, thermal power generation, metallurgy, coal chemical, municipal engineering, water treatment and other industries. II. Product Features
1. High-performance Three-Eccentric Sealing: The three-eccentric structural design ensures that the butterfly plate is completely separated from the valve seat when rotating, avoiding scratch and wear between the sealing pairs. It adopts metal hard seal or metal + PTFE composite seal, which can achieve ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class VI zero leakage level. Even in the working conditions of high temperature, high pressure and large pressure difference, it can maintain excellent sealing performance and effectively prevent medium leakage and environmental pollution.
2. Stable Flange Connection: The flange connection mode strictly complies with international and national standards (such as GB/T 9113, ANSI B16.5, DIN EN 1092). It has high connection strength, good sealing performance and strong pressure-bearing capacity. It is easy to install and disassemble on the pipeline, and can adapt to the long-term stable operation of large-diameter and high-pressure pipelines.
3. Efficient Pneumatic Actuation: Equipped with high-torque double-acting or single-acting (spring return) pneumatic actuator. The double-acting type has fast opening and closing speed (3-15 seconds for DN50-DN800), which can improve the response efficiency of the system; The single-acting type has automatic spring reset function. When the air supply is interrupted unexpectedly, it can automatically return to the preset safe position (fail-open or fail-close), ensuring the safety of the pipeline system.
4. Excellent High-temperature and High-pressure Resistance: The valve body and butterfly plate are made of high-quality materials such as carbon steel (WCB), stainless steel (304/316/316L) and alloy steel (WC6/WC9). After precision machining and heat treatment, they have high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance. They can work stably for a long time under the conditions of medium temperature up to 450℃ and nominal pressure up to PN6.4 MPa.
5. Low Flow Resistance and Energy Saving: The butterfly plate adopts optimized streamline design, which has large flow area and low flow resistance. The flow coefficient (Cv) is high, which can reduce the pressure loss of the pipeline system and save energy consumption while ensuring large flow throughput. It is suitable for both on-off control and throttling regulation.
6. Long Service Life and Low Maintenance: The sealing pair has little wear during operation, and the key components (such as actuator, valve stem, bearing) are made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, which greatly extends the service life of the valve (the number of opening and closing cycles is not less than 100,000 times). The structure is simple and reasonable, and the vulnerable parts are easy to replace, which reduces the maintenance cost and workload.
7. Flexible Intelligent Configuration: It can be equipped with optional accessories such as pneumatic positioner, limit switch, solenoid valve and air filter pressure reducer.
