  • Excellent anti-clogging performance: The V-shaped notch of the ball core generates a strong shearing force when opening and closing, which can effectively cut off fibers, slags, and other impurities in the medium, preventing blockages and ensuring smooth flow of the pipeline. This feature makes it particularly suitable for media with high impurity content, such as papermaking black liquor and mining slurry.
  • Precise flow control: The flow characteristic of the V-type ball core is approximately equal percentage or linear, which can achieve precise adjustment of the medium flow within a wide range. Cooperating with a high-precision electric actuator, it can accurately respond to control signals (such as 4-20mA), ensuring the stability of the process parameters.
  • Strong sealing performance: It adopts a hard-sealing or soft-sealing structure (selectable according to working conditions). The hard-sealing type uses wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials (such as stellite alloy) for surfacing, while the soft-sealing type uses high-temperature and pressure-resistant sealing materials. The combination of the V-type ball core and the valve seat forms a tight sealing pair, achieving zero leakage even under high pressure and high temperature.
