  • Wide Nominal Diameter Range: The nominal diameter (DN) covers 25-250, which can meet the filtration needs of different LPG flow rates in small, medium, and large-scale systems. It is highly versatile and can be flexibly matched with various pipeline specifications.
  • Diverse Connection Modes: It supports multiple connection methods such as flange, butt welding, and screw thread. These connection modes are in line with universal industrial standards, facilitating quick installation and connection with existing pipelines, and adapting to different installation environments and stress requirements.
  • High-Quality Shell Materials: The shell is made of high-performance materials including 201, 304, and 316L stainless steel. These materials have excellent corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, and high-temperature resistance, which can effectively resist the erosion of LPG and its impurities, ensuring the structural strength and service life of the filter even in harsh working conditions.
  • Broad Flange Pressure Adaptability: The flange pressure ranges from 0.25MPa to 4.0MPa, which can adapt to different pressure levels of LPG systems (from low-pressure residential supply to medium and high-pressure industrial supply). It has strong pressure-bearing capacity and stable performance under rated pressure.
  • Customizable Filtration Accuracy: The filtration accuracy can be selected between 10 mesh and 300 mesh according to actual needs. For scenarios requiring high-purity LPG (such as precision industrial equipment), a high-accuracy (300 mesh) filter element can be selected; for general civilian or commercial scenarios, a moderate-accuracy filter element can be used to balance filtration effect and flow resistance.
  • Standardized Flange Sealing Surfaces: The flange sealing surfaces adopt standard types such as FFRF, MFM, and TG. These sealing forms have excellent sealing performance, which can effectively prevent LPG leakage and ensure the safety and tightness of the system. At the same time, standardized designs facilitate the replacement and maintenance of flanges.
  • Easy Maintenance: The product is designed with a humanized structure, and the filter element can be quickly disassembled and replaced. During daily use, it is only necessary to regularly check and clean or replace the filter element to ensure the filtration effect, which reduces maintenance costs and downtime.
