1. Working Principle
The SD44X manual drainage valve adopts a gear-rack transmission principle, which is basically the same as that of the J744X type sludge discharge valve. When the user manually operates the valve, the rotational force is transmitted to the pinion (gear wheel), which drives the rack to move linearly. The linear movement of the rack further drives the tappet to lift or lower, thereby realizing the opening and closing of the valve. The gear-rack cooperation ensures accurate transmission ratio, making the valve opening and closing position controllable, and the operation process is stable without jamming.

The valve has excellent sealing performance under the rated working pressure of 1.0MPa, effectively preventing medium leakage.
