I. Product Introduction
The Ball Valve with Electrical Actuator (hereinafter referred to as “electric actuated ball valve”) is a high-performance control valve integrating a precision ball valve core and an intelligent electrical actuator. It is mainly used to realize the on-off control or flow regulation of various fluid media (such as water, oil, gas, chemical reagents, etc.) in industrial pipelines. By virtue of the electrical actuator’s automatic control capability, it effectively replaces manual operation, realizing remote control, automatic interlocking and centralized management of the valve, which greatly improves the efficiency and safety of the pipeline system operation.
This product is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, water treatment, power generation, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), food and beverage, pharmaceutical and other industries. Fast and Reliable Switching Performance: The ball valve core adopts a 90° rotation structure, which has the characteristics of fast switching speed (usually the full-stroke switching time is 3-60 seconds, which can be customized according to needs). The advanced sealing structure (such as PTFE, RPTFE, metal seal) ensures excellent sealing performance, and the leakage rate is as low as Class VI (GB/T 13927 standard), effectively preventing medium leakage.

Strong Adaptability to Working Conditions: The valve body can be made of various materials such as carbon steel (WCB), stainless steel (304, 316L), alloy steel, which can adapt to different medium properties (corrosive, high-temperature, high-pressure). The working temperature range can cover -40℃~450℃, and the working pressure can reach Class 2500 (ANSI standard) or PN42.0MPa, meeting the needs of harsh industrial environments.

Comprehensive Safety Protection: The electrical actuator is equipped with multiple protection functions, including overcurrent protection, overload protection, phase loss protection, and limit position protection. When an abnormal situation (such as jamming, excessive current) occurs during operation, the actuator will automatically shut down and send an alarm signal to avoid equipment damage or safety accidents. At the same time, it supports manual operation function, which can manually operate the valve to ensure the normal operation of the system in case of power failure.

Easy Installation and Maintenance: The integrated design of the valve and actuator simplifies the installation process, and there is no need for complex on-site debugging. The internal structure of the actuator is modular, and key components (such as motors, reducers) are easy to disassemble and replace.
