I. Product Introduction
The fluorine lined pneumatic ball valve (model Q41F46 as the basic series) is a pneumatically actuated control valve that uses a rotating ball (cooperating with the valve stem) as its core opening and closing element. It realizes opening, closing, and medium regulation in pipelines, and is widely used in industrial systems with corrosive mediums.
Compared with conventional valves, it inherits the advantages of general ball valves (small fluid resistance, fast opening/closing speed, simple structure) while adding fluorine lining design to enhance corrosion resistance. Its structure is divided into two-piece and three-piece types:
- The two-piece structure is compact and suitable for general pipeline systems;
- The three-piece structure allows the main valve body to be separated from the side valve bodies, enabling online quick replacement and maintenance.
This valve solves the pain points of corrosion damage and leakage in harsh medium environments, and ensures safe and stable operation of pipeline systems.
II. Product Features

Extreme Corrosion Resistance
The valve is lined with FEP, which has extremely high chemical stability. It can resist corrosion from all strong corrosive media except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine, adapting to harsh working conditions such as acid-base transportation.

Zero Leakage Sealing Performance
- The special molding process ensures high density of the sealing surface;
- The herringbone ring PTFE packing combination realizes zero leakage of the valve;
- The full-diameter floating ball structure ensures no leakage when closing, which is convenient for pipeline cleaning and maintenance.

The ball and valve stem are integrated by casting (forging), eliminating the risk of the valve stem popping out due to pressure changes, and fundamentally ensuring the safety of engineering applications.
