一．Product Introduction
KPF type manual self-locking balance regulating valve: It is a kind of valve with special functions. In addition to the function of regulating valve, it can also realize flow quantification, which can effectively solve the problem of uneven room temperature and heat in the heating (air conditioning) system.Since the valve is equipped with an opening indicator, an opening locking device and a small pressure measuring valve for flow measurement, as long as a balance valve of appropriate size is installed at each branch and the user entrance, and a special intelligent instrument is used for one-time debugging and locking, the total water volume of the system is controlled within a reasonable range, and the unreasonable phenomenon of “large flow and small temperature difference” can be overcome. It is an ideal product in the heating system.
Manual self-locking balance regulating valve can be installed on the water supply pipe, it can also be installed on the return pipe, generally installed on the return pipe, especially for high temperature loops, in order to facilitate debugging, it should be installed on the return pipe road, the water supply and return pipe with the balance valve installed does not need to be equipped with a shut-off valve.

4.Installation Position: Can be installed on the supply pipe or return pipe. Generally, it is installed on the returnpipe. Especially for high – temperature loops, for convenient debugging, it should be installed on the return pipe.
5.Matching: The supply and return pipes with a balance valve installed do not need to be equipped with a stop valve.
