一、 Product Introduction
The Plunger Sampling Valve Series is designed for in-line sampling of various media from pipelines and storage tanks in petrochemical and other industrial process systems. It is suitable for flammable, explosive, toxic, low-pressure gas and liquid media.
According to the characteristics of the process medium, the valve can be equipped with cooling or heating functions, making it suitable for sampling under high-temperature or ultra-low-temperature conditions. The sampling system is designed to obtain representative samples while reducing the influence of external contamination and minimizing potential risks during sampling.
The plunger passes through the valve body and connecting flange, allowing each sampling operation to discharge residual medium from the sampling passage and helping reduce factors that may affect sample accuracy. The valve is designed to meet applicable environmental protection, fire protection, and explosion-protection requirements.
