一.Product Introduction
Q11F type PN16~PN63 two-piece internal thread ball valve is suitable for PN1.0~4.0MPa, working temperature -29~180℃ (the sealing ring is reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene) or -29~300℃ (the sealing ring is para-polyphenylene) on various pipelines, used to cut off or connect the media in the pipeline, different materials are selected, which can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid and other media respectively.
二.Product Features
- The Q11F type PN16 – PN63 two – piece internal thread ball valve boasts several outstanding features. Firstly, its two – piece design allows for relatively easy assembly and maintenance, facilitating quick disassembly when needed for part replacement or cleaning. Secondly, with a pressure rating suitable for PN1.0 – 4.0MPa, it can handle a wide range of medium – pressure applications in different industrial scenarios.
- The temperature adaptability is also a key strength. When equipped with a reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring, it operates within -29 – 180°C, and with a para – polyphenylene sealing ring, the range extends to -29 – 300°C, making it viable for use in environments with significant temperature fluctuations.
- Moreover, by selecting different materials for its components, it demonstrates excellent compatibility with various media. Whether it’s water, steam, oil, corrosive nitric acid, or acetic acid, the valve can maintain reliable performance, thus finding extensive use in multiple industries such as chemical, petroleum, and pharmaceutical sectors where precise control of fluid flow and resistance to diverse media are essential.
