一.Product Introduction

Q341F, Q341Y type PN16~PN40 worm drive ball valve: worm drive, flange connection, floating ball straight-through structure, seat sealing surface material is PTFE, reinforced PTFE plastic (Q341F), metal surfacing cobalt base (Q341Y), nominal pressure PN16~PN40, valve body material is WCB, CF8, CF8M ball valve.
二.Product Features

  • Transmission & Connection: Adopts worm drive for easy operation, even with large-caliber valves. Uses flange connection for convenient installation and reliable sealing, suitable for medium and high-pressure pipeline systems.
  • Sealing & Temperature Resistance:
    • Q341F (PTFE/Reinforced PTFE sealing): Suitable for clean media at ≤180℃, with excellent chemical resistance.
    • Q341Y (Cobalt-based metal surfacing sealing): For high-temperature (up to 450℃) and granular media, with good wear and impact resistance.
  • Material & Pressure Rating:
    • Body materials: WCB (carbon steel), CF8 (304 stainless steel), CF8M (316 stainless steel) for different corrosion resistance needs.
    • Pressure range: PN16 (1.6MPa), PN25 (2.5MPa), PN40 (4.0MPa), meeting various pressure requirements.
  • Wide Parameter Coverage: Fits pipe diameters from DN100 to DN300. Compatible with various media like water, gas, oil, nitric acid, and granular fluids.
  • Structure & Performance: Floating ball straight-through structure ensures low flow resistance and stable sealing.
