The Aseptic Membrane Sampling Valve is designed for hygienic and aseptic sampling from tanks, vessels, and process pipelines. Featuring a sanitary stainless steel body and membrane sealing design, the valve helps isolate the process medium from the external environment and minimizes the risk of contamination during sampling.
Its compact construction, smooth product-contact surfaces, and hygienic design make the valve easy to clean, sterilize, and maintain. The sampling chamber can be sterilized with alcohol or steam before and after sampling, making the valve suitable for food, beverage, dairy, brewery, fermentation, and other hygienic processing applications.

Working Principle
The aseptic membrane sampling valve consists mainly of a valve body, membrane seal, and operating mechanism. When the valve is closed, the membrane seals directly against the product side, separating the process medium from the sampling outlet.
Before sampling, the sampling chamber can be sterilized with alcohol or steam. When the valve is opened manually or pneumatically, the process medium flows through the sampling outlet into the sampling container.
After sampling, the valve is closed and the sampling area can be flushed, cleaned, or sterilized again, helping maintain hygienic conditions for the next sampling operation.
