The Aseptic Bellows Sampling Valve is designed for safe and hygienic sampling in sanitary and aseptic processing systems. It is suitable for installation on tanks, vessels, and process pipelines where representative product samples must be taken without compromising process cleanliness.
The valve uses a bellows sealing design to isolate the product-contact area from the operating mechanism. This construction helps reduce contamination risk and provides reliable sealing during repeated sampling operations.
With a compact stainless steel body, smooth internal surfaces, and optional manual or pneumatic operation, the valve is suitable for food, beverage, dairy, brewery, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and other hygienic processing applications.

Working Principle
The Aseptic Bellows Sampling Valve controls product flow through a movable valve stem and bellows sealing system.
When the valve is closed, the valve seat seals the process medium from the sampling outlet. The bellows separates the product-contact area from the actuator mechanism, helping maintain hygienic conditions.
When the valve is opened manually or pneumatically, the valve stem moves away from the seat and allows a controlled quantity of product to flow through the sampling outlet.
After sampling, the valve returns to the closed position. The sampling chamber can then be flushed or sterilized before the next sampling operation.
