The Inline Hygienic Sampling Valve is designed for safe and hygienic sampling directly from process pipelines. Its streamlined valve body allows the valve to be integrated into the production line while maintaining smooth product flow and effective cleanability.
The valve features stainless steel product-contact surfaces and a PTFE shaft sealing and guiding design to help minimize contamination risks during sampling. The internal flow passage is designed to reduce dead pockets and support thorough cleaning in hygienic processing systems.
Manual and pneumatic operating versions are available, making the valve suitable for both conventional sampling and automated process applications.

Working Principle
The Inline Hygienic Sampling Valve is installed directly into the process pipeline.
During normal production, the valve remains closed while the product flows through the main pipeline. The valve bore is designed to maintain a smooth flow path and minimize areas where product residues may accumulate.
When a sample is required, the valve is opened manually or pneumatically. A controlled quantity of process medium is then discharged through the sampling outlet.
After sampling, the spring-assisted mechanism returns the valve to the closed position. Depending on the configuration, the sampling area can also be steam sterilized before or after sampling.
