I. Product Introduction
This valve adopts a closure element (ball) to control the on-off or regulation of fluid, and is driven by an actuator with compressed air as the power source, thus realizing automatic operation of the valve.
It is widely used in industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, natural gas, power generation and water treatment. It is particularly suitable for fast-working conditions that require switching, precise control and corrosion resistance, and can stably handle various media including gas, liquid and steam.
II. Product Features
-
Excellent Pressure ResistanceThe valve body and internal components are made of high-quality stainless steel (e.g., 304, 316L), featuring high mechanical strength and pressure-bearing capacity. It can withstand working pressure up to 10–100MPa (customizable on request) and adapt to the operation of harsh high-pressure systems.
-
Corrosion and Wear ResistanceStainless steel materials have excellent corrosion resistance to acids, alkalis, salts and other media. The ball and valve seat are made of wear-resistant and high-temperature-resistant materials (e.g., polytetrafluoroethylene, metal seat), ensuring long-term stable operation without leakage.
-
Fast and Reliable ActuationEquipped with a high-performance pneumatic actuator (single-acting or double-acting), the valve can complete switching within 0.5–5 seconds, with sensitive response and stable operation. It is compatible with automatic control systems to realize remote operation, thereby improving production efficiency.
-
Precise Flow ControlThe structure with low flow resistance coefficient ensures an unobstructed fluid passage. Precision machining of the ball and valve seat guarantees excellent sealing performance, and precise flow regulation can be achieved when matched with a positioner.
-
Versatile and Compact DesignSuitable for a wide range of medium temperatures (-20℃ to 450℃, depending on material selection) and compatible with various industrial fluids. Its compact structure requires minimal installation space and is easy to maintain, reducing subsequent operating costs.
