Electric Butterfly Valve

Electric butterfly valves are available in two types: on-off type and intelligent type. The butterfly valve is matched with DSR actuator. It can be operated by inputting control signal (4~20mADC or 1~5VDC) and single-phase power supply.
It features powerful functions, compact size, light weight, cost-effectiveness, reliable performance, simple matching and large flow capacity. It is especially suitable for working conditions with viscous, particle-containing and fiber-laden media. At present, the valve is widely applied in industrial automatic control systems of industries including food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, papermaking, chemical industry, teaching & scientific research equipment, electric power and other fields.

1. Valve Body (Material of Electric Butterfly Valve)

  • Pressure Class: PN1.0, 1.6, 2.5MPa
  • Connection Type: Wafer lug type, compliant with wafer flange connection standard JB/T78-59, JB79-59
  • Material: HT200, ZG25I, ZG1Cr18Ni9, ZG0Cr17Ni12Mo2; PTFE lined & metal hard-sealed type
  • Medium Temperature:

    Normal temperature type: -20℃ ~ +200℃

    Heat dissipation type: -40℃ ~ +450℃

2. Internal Valve Parts

  • Disc Type: Multi-hole plate
  • Flow Characteristic: Linear characteristic or equal percentage characteristic

3. Actuator

  • Material: HT200, ZG25I, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, plastic lined, PTFE lined
  • Type: Optional VQ series, VT series, VT-P series electronic angular stroke actuators
